Kohl's Brand Representatives build the company’s talent pipeline by spreading brand awareness, recruiting students, and hosting a series of workshops and events on campus. 

BRAND REPRESENTATIVE

  • Identifying, assessing and negotiating local key event sponsorship and media opportunities to help drive Kohl's brand awareness on campus

  • Accountable for executing event-marketing and branding activities: formulated strategy with goal of building brand awareness

  • Target, identify and develop contacts for recruitment
