Style fashion product combinations via a variety of methods such as: pin-up & lay-down techniques, mannequin dressing, look-book creation, and wall/fixture product placement and adjacencies.

NIKE WALL DISPLAY

LAB ACTIVITY V

The wall display activity was merchandised based on the athletic brand NIKE. Using a six standard wall, the display was divided into three zones to showcase different outfit combinations. Each zone highlights a specific color story and utilizes cosmic colors such as shades of pink, purple, blue, and orange. The wall uses an array of fixtures to merchandise the display as well as lifestyle graphics. Additional merchandise is stored within the cubicles above and below the wall.

H&M TABLE & FIXTURE MERCHANDISING

LAB ACTIVITY IV

The table and fixture activity was merchandised based on H&M stores. The color story utilized black and white with a focus on stripes, and a pop of coral on the table. The left four-way features work-wear with dresses and blazers, and the right four-way focused on casual work-wear with jeans, a t-shirt and a blazer. The tables displayed nice casual looks with denim on the lower table, and t-shirts, shoes, and accessories like belts, jewelry, scarves, and shoes on the higher table.

PIN UP DISPLAY I "GRUNGE"

LAB ACTIVITY II

Grunge style is definitely making a comeback this season. It’s one of best
ways to mix and match fashion favorites and create custom looks. For our
pin up display we decided to create a wall that reflects the feeling of grunge fashion with a combination of this season’s hottest trends: denim, plaid, and leather goods. In addition to that, we merchandised our display with spiked black and gold jewelry, combat boots, a graphic beanie, and lifestyle graphics to convey the mood.

PIN UP DISPLAY II "BEAUTIFUL BOHEMIAN"

LAB ACTIVITY III

This board was inspired by the explosion of Bohemian styles on the
runway for Fall 2015. Both Boho and Autumn are all about layering.
The jean shorts are transitioned into fall with a pair of muted floral
tights. On top, the cropped macrame fringe shirt is layered under a
flowy maroon cardigan. A brown floppy hat and leather tie shoes complement the outfit, and the bangles, charm bracelet, tree of life earrings, sunglasses, and floral headbands are all fun options to add to
the look. The patchwork bag, also in trend, and the graphics add a
sense of adventure.
